And since XOXO is a familiar way of saying “hugs and kisses” in English, the name Kisses from Norway felt just right!

The design features horizontal rows of Xs and Os, with each fabric taking turns as the motif and the background. Kisses from Norway is made using simple nine-patch blocks and strip piecing. The construction is straightforward and beginner-friendly.
